Flight Instructions
During the next 6 weeks, we’ll review the healing arc of psychedelic process work. Beginning with the foundational concepts that will inform your journey inward, this course alone is a powerful healing tool!
Together we will explore multiple frameworks for understanding the unconscious patterns you’ve likely found yourself repeating throughout your life in order to open pathways to healing.
EXPLORING:-
Internal Family Systems
Your psyche is comprised of multiple parts, each accumulated over the course of your life, all playing different internal roles.

Attachment Theory
The roles you played within your original family system informs how you continue to move through the world today.

Your Life: A Timeline
By plotting out major life events that correlate with your internal parts and attachment style, clarity begins to emerge.
Personalized Attention
One 1:1 Session will be included for individual processing. Our class size is limited to six in order to ensure that each attendee receives the care and grounded attention their healing deserves.
Somatic Processing
A psychedelic journey will often bring you face-to-face with deep inner wounds. Our work together will equip you with the knowledge and vocabulary to navigate this internal landscape, and teach you somatic tools for how to move through any challenges that may arise when you are in ceremony.
